SJ-Recon is responsible for fully reconditioning both Skyjack brand Electric Scissors and Rough Terrain as well as many different boom lift models from a variety of OEMs Skyjack Corporation.
Reconditioning Process
Each and every machinery has been carefully inspected with all safety bulletins and outstanding updates completed prior to disassembly. Prior to being thoroughly prepped for painting, all weldments are closely checked for any defects.
Skyjack's Recon Division has all of the essential tools needed to do a high quality, professional paint job. They provide a complete paint line and oven and a state of the art blasting booth.
Every Skyjack equipment is carefully reassembled so as to meet original OEM standards. The following components are replaced with brand new components: 110V outlet, the hydraulic fluids, hoses and filters, joystick controllers and the main electrical cables and main control. Additionally, each unit is given new tires, batteries and bushings and battery cables and worn pins are replaced.
With a rated load capacity of ninety thousand pounds in the 2nd and 1st tiers, the TXLC-974 also provides 85,000 pounds load capacity in the 4th and 3rd tiers. These units offer a 97 inch center of load. When at one hundred six inch center of the load, the TXLC-974 capacity is eighty two thousand pounds in the 2nd and 1st tiers and in the 4th and 3rd tiers it is still rated at 80,000 pounds. Additionally, they can handle loaded intermodal trailers. The TXTCP-900 is also well suited to rail car terminals. Currently, the TXTCP-900 is the most versatile machinery in the business and there are no others that truly come close.
The TXTCP-900 model provides an eighty thousand lbs load capacity on WTP and ISO containers. This model is capable of 3-high stacking at one hundred ten inch center of load, a 2-high stacking pin-type container capacity of 67,200 pounds at one hundred ten inch center of load. It also offers a trailer handling capacity of 90,000 pounds at 110 inch center of load.
